A New Horizon Zero Dawn DLC Will Bring Players to Yellowstone

Horizon Zero Dawn, developer Guerilla's adventure game from earlier this year, is receiving a brand new DLC. The new content will include new gear, outfits, and an entire new area for main character Aloy to explore. According to recent;y released screenshots, this new area appears to be the remains of Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming. The trailer for the upcoming winter expansion, The Frozen Wilds shows the new story line and stunning environment.
Set 1,000 years in the future, intelligent but animalistic machines rule the Earth, with small human tribes struggling to survive the wilderness, and the machines. The Frozen Wilds will bring Aloy to the land of Banuk Tribe, people who challenge outsiders to survive the hunt for their local, unique machines. The new story shows the icy potential to hun a local monster which protects a massive mountain.
Horizon Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds is available for pre-order on PlayStation 4 now, but will be officially playable on November 7th.
