Founder, Editor-in-chief
Ben created Game Chop as a way to write about one of his favorite hobbies: video games. He quickly transformed the site into an independent news and media site, aiming to provide gamers and readers with a wealth of interesting reviews and articles. He received his BA in Communications from Longwood University in 2016. Ben's favorite classic video game is James Bond 007: Everything or Nothing.

Jordan Stevens, or Jostielle as she is known on YouTube, does "Let's Plays" of a wide variety of games and loves to find and review those hidden gems. She loves being able to take on new characters and personas, and the opportunity to escape into the virtual and be her goofball self. She is currently studying Sociology and Gender, Sexuality, and Women's Studies at Virginia Commonwealth University. She's a sucker for the classics, but her favorite from her childhood will always be the original Spyro the Dragon.

Patrick is a video game aficionado who is particularly drawn to story-driven gameplay and memorable characters and lists of three. He is a recent graduate from the University of Florida. As far as old video games go, Star Wars Episode 1: Racer will always be near and dear to his heart.
Michael has been a gamer for many a year. His favorite games are intense, story-driven RPGs like Skyrim and Red Dead Redemption! He graduated with a government degree from The College of William and Mary in 2014, and has now delved deep into the world of law. However, these newfangled games don't hold a candle to the game that will always be closest to his heart: his first ever game on the PlayStation 2, Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King.
