New Destiny 2 Trailers Provide Enticing New Insights

Well, there you have it gamers. Bungie is on track to produce one of the most anticipated sequels in recent years. Two near trailers have been released that give new looks into the upcoming Destiny 2. The first video below is the first gameplay reveal trailer. Also, a live stream gameplay demo is available at the game's website.

While the first game was held with contentious views in regards to quantity, quality and variety of game play, it's safe to say that Destiny 2 will attempt to mend some of those misgivings. The trailer features new vehicles, abilities, and even a new way to approach Destiny's open world system. Narratively, we can see a number of new thoughts being put into motion, as the game appears to go bigger and add more context to the popular, but not flawless online multiplayer experience.

This next video comes courtesy of IGN and Game Trailers. It shows an NPC from the first Destiny becoming what appears to be one of the first Titan Guardians, following the immediate collapse of Humanity's Golden Age. The video also shows the birth of the Last City, and gives more context into the state of humanity.

As they say, "until the alien monsters are at the door and you have enough firepower to light up the night sky, it's all hype." While the cinematic and gameplay looks incredible, we here at Game Chop will keep level heads and try not to get too excited about blasting away Cabal with a freakin' laser lance in Destiny 2.
