EA Provides New Insight Into Battlefield 1 Expansions

Yesterday, Electronic Arts has released new information on Battlefield 1’s multiple incoming expansions. Having previously announced They Shall Not Pass, March’s further exploration into the French army and several new maps, weapons, and vehicles, EA has released more details on three more.

In the Name of the Tsar will delve into the expansive Russian front across multiple tundran maps. A water-based expansion called Turning Tides will put players in new naval vehicles, and the final known expansion, called Apocalypse will introduce even more weapons, classes, and vehicles. Airships, naval vessels, and massive tanks are all expected to make their debuts.

While we don’t yet know the timeline of release, EA and DICE are offering some free trials of Battlefield 1, both multiplayer and single-player, from March 3rd to March 5th. Battlefield Premium will give players access to all four expansions, all will be available for individual purchase eventually.
