Last night, a Star Wars Battlefront II teaser trailer was shared across the infinite realm of the internet. The ad showcases much of what players of the first title have been craving. More, more, and more. While it must be observed with a grain of salt, as it's only 30 seconds, the glimpse we are given gives hope. Watch it here.
The original Star Wars Battlefront (2015) is strictly an online-multiplayer based in the Star Wars universe. It faces some constant criticism for its lack of variety, and complete lack of story-based campaign. As players are noticing, this teaser trailer showcases some multiplayer components, but highlights a narrative angle. The video is narrated by an female Imperial pilot, an apparent survivor of the Battle of Endor, and a an eventual member of the First Order, from 2015's Star Wars: The Force Awakens film.
Not only does this hint at a single player campaign, but it shows DICE and EA's move into further Star Wars eras. Excitingly, the trailer says "across all eras" showing that players can still embrace the original Star Wars trilogy combat, weapons, and vehicles that they have come to know. We even see characters and new playable heroes from all released movies.

Players are rightfully thrilled at the sign of clear customer-based improvements made by the developers. We can expect an official trailer during the Star Wars Celebration this week.

UPDATE: Sorry, but it seems that Vimeo has taken down the trailer. Don't worry, as we said earlier, the official look is incoming this week.
